Team Members

Invite team members to your Spun workspace. Assign sharing roles via the Share Wizard: Viewer (read-only within filters), Team Member (communicate within filters), Manager (full control within filters), or Full Control (entire inbox, identical to admin). Scoped roles (Viewer, Team Member, Manager) require the Power plan. Pro plan users can only grant Full Control.

📍 Sidebar → Invite (UserPlus icon) / Settings → Team

How to use

  1. Go to Settings → Team or Sidebar → Invite.
  2. Click "Share Access" to open the Share Wizard.
  3. Enter the email or phone of the person to invite.
  4. Choose their role preset (Viewer / Team Member / Manager / Full Control).
  5. If scoped, select which saved filters they can access.
  6. Customize individual permissions if needed.
  7. They receive an invitation email or get access immediately if already a member.
