Labels
Color-coded tags to organize WhatsApp conversations, contacts, and groups. The Labels Manager has 7 tabs:
- Labels — Create, edit, delete, reorder labels. Each label has a name, color, optional translations (28 languages), and optional outreach threshold (days) for Keep In Touch.
- AI Auto-Labeling — AI automatically classifies incoming conversations and applies labels. Configure which labels the AI can assign.
- Label Rules — Automated rules that apply labels based on conditions (keywords, sender, time, CRM fields).
- Label Approval — Review queue for AI-suggested labels before they are applied. Approve or reject.
- Bulk Labeling — Apply or remove labels across multiple conversations at once.
- Perspectives — Saved label-based views of your inbox. Combine multiple labels into a named perspective for quick filtering.
- DNS (Do Not Send) — Manage contacts or numbers that should never receive broadcasts or campaigns.
Labels can be applied to chats, contacts, and WhatsApp groups. Label groups let you organize labels into categories.
