The Extensions page (sidebar → Extensions) has two tabs. Browse lists extensions on shelves that use the same names as the Spun Tools groups (until the WhatsApp Channel is installed, the WhatsApp & Calls shelf is shown as Calls), plus Integrations (extensions that live in Settings) and In-chat (extensions that work inside conversations); every card says where the extension appears once installed. Installed lists what your organization has; WhatsApp Channel shows there as Included rather than as something to install. Extensions add extra functionality to your inbox. Available extensions include:
- Classes & Workshops - Bookings, sessions, reminders, and payments for classes and workshops.
- Coaching Tips Hub - Create, AI-generate, and auto-schedule coaching tips and check-in prompts via WhatsApp.
- Creator Hub - Publish content, grow your audience, and monetize your fan base.
- CRM Sync - Two-way sync contacts, notes, and deal stages with HubSpot.
- Facebook Lead Ads - Automatically receive Facebook Lead Ads submissions.
- File Sync to Cloud - Sync WhatsApp files to Google Drive or OneDrive.
- Goals & Reflection - Personal goals with scheduled check-ins and reflections in your own Spun Chat.
- HealthPro - Appointment scheduling and booking for health & wellness professionals.
- Payment Reminders - Track invoices, send payment reminders, manage collections.
- Phone Calls - Twilio-powered calling with recording and diarized transcription.
- Shabbat & Holidays - One organization switch for Shabbat and Yom Tov awareness, with an Israel or diaspora calendar, under Settings, Team; coaching tips honor it.
- WhatsApp Channel - WhatsApp channel connection management.
Some extensions are made for the Jewish community. They appear in the store only where there is an Israeli or Jewish signal: Spun used in Hebrew or Yiddish, Hebrew dates switched on, an Israeli WhatsApp number, an Israeli Spun domain or a connection from Israel, Shabbat settings kept, or one of these extensions already installed. An extension you already installed always stays listed.
Installing a marketplace extension requires a paid plan - any paid plan, since every paid plan includes every feature. The WhatsApp Channel extension, the two Goals & Reflection listings and the vertical extensions are not plan-gated at all. Gating applies at install time only, so extensions you already installed keep working.
How to use
- Open Extensions from the sidebar.
- On Browse, pick a shelf or search.
- Open a card, read where it appears, and click Install.
- Find it under that Spun Tools group, or in Settings for integrations. Clicking an installed extension opens its feature; one that works inside conversations, opens its own page instead.
- Uninstall from the card or the Installed tab; permissions, pause and resume are under "Permissions, pause and resume" on the Installed tab.
