Chat Language & Voice Settings

Per-chat language and voice configuration panel accessed from the globe icon in the chat header. Has two tabs: Messages (auto-translate outgoing/incoming text) and Audio (record voice in a language, send voice in a language, send voice transcription in a language, auto-transcribe toggle, set contact's spoken language, hear voice in a language, show transcription in a language).

How to use

1. Open any chat.
2. Click the globe icon in the chat header.
3. Messages tab: set "Translate my message to" (outgoing) and "Translate messages to" (incoming) for automatic translation.
4. Audio tab: configure voice recording language, playback language, transcription language, and toggle auto-transcription.
5. Set the contact's spoken language for better voice recognition.
