Keep In Touch
Automatically surfaces contacts you haven't communicated with in a while, based on label-specific day thresholds. Helps you maintain relationships by flagging people who may need a follow-up. Each label can have its own outreach threshold (e.g. 7 days for "Hot Leads", 30 days for "Customers", 90 days for "Partners"). When a contact exceeds the threshold with no WhatsApp messages in either direction, they appear in the Keep In Touch list with a quick-send box.

How to use
- Go to Labels and create (or edit) a label like "Customers".
- In the label settings, set the "Outreach threshold (days)" — for example,
- Apply the label to relevant conversations.
- Open Keep In Touch from the sidebar.
- Any labeled contact with no WhatsApp messages for the threshold period appears here.
- Type a quick message and hit Send, or click the contact name to open the full conversation.
- Click ✕ to permanently dismiss a contact from the list.
