Log WhatsApp events — messages, contacts, labels, calls and more — as rows in your own Google Sheets, and export existing data. One-way export (nothing is read back from Sheets). Two mechanisms:
- Triggers (live) — each trigger maps one event type to a sheet tab; rows are appended as events happen. Options per trigger: destination (new spreadsheet, existing spreadsheet, or a folder/Shared Drive), privacy (mask phone numbers, exclude message text), filters (skip archived/groups/channels, only/exclude labels, advanced conditions), and a customizable column mapping with live preview. Some events support an AI summary column. Health states: Healthy, Backlog paused, Rate-limited, Google access lost, Sheet problem, AI token budget exhausted — with a delivery log and replay for failed rows.
- Export history (one-shot) — export contacts, chat history, call log, or campaign results to a sheet (up to 100,000 rows per export; date range required for chat history).
Quick-start templates (e.g. a Leads Log sheet) create the sheet and wire up the matching trigger in one click. Spun can only see spreadsheets it creates for you or that you explicitly pick. Plan-gated: on plans without Google Sheets, existing triggers keep delivering but you cannot connect or create/edit triggers; after a downgrade there is a 30-day grace period before event capture stops. Trigger delivery is metered against your org's AI token budget; if the budget runs out, delivery pauses (queued rows are kept and resume automatically once the budget renews or is topped up) rather than being lost.

How to use
- Go to Settings → Google Sheets (admin only).
- Click "Connect Google" and complete the OAuth popup.
- Click "Add trigger" (or use a quick-start template): choose the event, destination, privacy options, filters, and columns.
- Rows appear in your sheet as events happen — use "Send test row" to verify.
- For a one-time dump, click "New export", pick the dataset and date range, and start the export. If delivery pauses due to an exhausted AI token budget, the panel shows a warning and rows resume automatically once the budget renews or you top up.
