Saved Filters

Save custom chat list filter combinations for quick access. Filters can include labels, read/unread status, assigned team member, and more. Saved filters can also be shared with team members via the Share Wizard for filter-limited access.

How to use

  1. In the chat list, apply your desired filters using the filter popover.
  2. Click "Save Filter" and give it a name.
  3. Access saved filters from the dropdown at the top of the chat list.
  4. Share filters with team members via the Share Wizard for scoped access.
