Alarms / Reminders

Set time-based reminders for conversations. Get notified to follow up with a contact. Also includes Alarm Rules — an auto-alarm engine that automatically creates alarms when conditions are met (e.g. no reply within X hours, new message from VIP label, CRM deal stage change).

Where to find it

📍 Sidebar → Alarms (AlarmClock icon)

How to use

  1. Open Alarms from the sidebar.
  2. Click "+ New Alarm".
  3. Select the conversation and set a reminder time.
  4. You'll get a notification when it's time.
  5. For auto-alarms: open the Alarm Rules tab and create rules with trigger conditions.
