Add additional WhatsApp numbers to your account. Each number ("line") gets its own completely separate inbox: its own chats, contacts, settings, and access list; conversations do not merge between numbers. Each line has its own monthly add-on plan with its own allowances, and billing starts only when the number connects. You choose which team members can access the new line (default: only you). Only managers of the main account can add numbers. Finish connecting a pending number before adding another; a number that is never connected is archived automatically after its grace window, and nothing is charged until it connects. Note: adding numbers is not available in the iOS or Android apps. Switch between your numbers using the org/inbox switcher; the pin next to a number makes it the inbox Spun opens when you start it (click it again to unpin), saved to your account for every device.
How to use
- Open the inbox switcher (org switcher) and click "Add a number", or use the Add Number card on the inbox list page.
- Read the intro and continue.
- Name the number (e.g. "Sales", "Support").
- Choose an add-on plan for it.
- Select which team members can access it.
- Confirm billing (add a payment method if needed) and create the number.
- Click "Connect WhatsApp now" and scan the QR code in the new inbox.
