Add additional WhatsApp numbers to your account. Each number ("line") gets its own completely separate inbox — its own chats, contacts, settings, and access list; conversations do not merge between numbers. Each line has its own monthly add-on plan, starting only when the number connects. You choose which team members can access the new line (default: only you). Only managers of the main account can add numbers. A number must be connected within 7 days; nothing is charged until it connects. Note: adding numbers is not available in the iOS app. Switch between your numbers using the org/inbox switcher.

How to use

1. Open the inbox switcher (org switcher) and click "Add a number", or use the Add Number card on the inbox list page.
2. Read the intro and continue.
3. Name the number (e.g. "Sales", "Support").
4. Choose an add-on plan for it.
5. Select which team members can access it.
6. Confirm billing (add a payment method if needed) and create the number.
7. Click "Connect WhatsApp now" and scan the QR code in the new inbox.
