Upload documents, FAQs, and custom knowledge that the AI chatbot and Weave assistant can reference when answering questions. Supports text, PDF, and other document formats. The AI uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to find relevant content from your knowledge base.

📍 Settings → Knowledge Base

How to use

  1. Go to Settings → Knowledge Base.
  2. Click "Upload" to add documents or text entries.
  3. Organize entries by category.
  4. The AI Chatbot and Weave will automatically search your knowledge base when answering questions.
