Quick replies are your own saved texts that you send with a shortcut from the composer: written by you, or prepared for your profession by the setup wizard. They are not WhatsApp Business API message templates and need no approval from WhatsApp. Variables in double braces are filled in by Spun when you insert the quick reply: {{name}}, {{first_name}} and {{last_name}} from the contact, {{org_name}} with your business name, {{date}} and {{time}} with the current date and time. Placeholders in single braces, such as {date}, {amount} or {meeting_point}, are plain text for you to replace before sending. You can keep separate sets per property, trip or language by giving each its own title. The travel professions (travel agency, tour operator, Umrah / Hajj agency, airport transfers, holiday homes and vacation rentals, hotels and guesthouses) get a travel starter pack from the setup wizard: six quick replies for the stay, the trip or the transfer (availability, quote, deposit, booking confirmation, arrival or pickup details, review request), written in English, Spanish and Arabic; the wizard saves quick replies in each language you choose, translating with Spun AI where needed. Save time on repetitive responses. Each quick reply needs both a title and a message; Settings refuses to save one that has only one of the two. A saved change shows up in an open chat right away.
How to use
- Open Quick Replies from the sidebar.
- Click "+ New Quick Reply".
- Write your template with a shortcut keyword.
- In any chat, type "/" in the empty message box to open Quick Replies, search by name, and pick one to insert it (the Templates tab sits beside it).
