Settings

Settings is the main configuration hub for your Spun workspace. It contains 17 tabs:

Profile — Edit your name, avatar, and personal details.
General — Interface language (28+ languages), timezone, date format, Shabbat mode config.
Notifications — Browser, mobile, and email notification preferences per event type.
WhatsApp — Connection status, QR code, reconnect, phone number management.
Organization — Org name, logo, default settings, API keys.
Interface — Simple/Power mode toggle, per-feature visibility toggles, sidebar pin order, drag-to-reorder.
Safety — PII redaction presets (Maximum/Balanced/Full AI), cross-org connection toggles, data export, account deletion.
AI — AI model preferences, system prompts, token usage dashboard.
CRM Sync — HubSpot integration (OAuth connect, field mapping, sync direction).
Phone Calls — VoIP provider config, caller ID, recording settings.
File Sync — Media backup toggle, file type selection, storage usage.
Billing — Current plan, upgrade/downgrade, invoices, payment methods, coupon codes.
Voices — TTS voice selection for translation rooms and voice features.
Sessions — Active session management, session limits, force logout.
Storage — Storage usage breakdown, cleanup, pause/resume syncing.
AI Logs — Audit log of all AI operations (compose, summarize, translate, chatbot).
Smart Links — Create and manage branded short links (go.spun.com/slug).

Where to find it

📍 Bottom of sidebar → Gear icon

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
Navigate between 17 tabs using the left sidebar within Settings.
Use the Interface tab to switch between Simple Mode (minimal), Power Mode (all features), or customize which features are visible and their sidebar order.
Toggle dark/light theme from the moon/sun icon at the bottom of the main sidebar.
