WhatsApp Inbox Plans:

1. Free Trial (30 Days) — $0 for 30 days. 500K AI tokens, 50 team members, 365-day message retention, 5 GB storage. Note: trial does NOT unlock all features — Shared Inbox is disabled, translation rooms limited to 2 participants, and audio transcription capped at 5 minutes.
2. Basic Plan — $50/month. 50K AI tokens, 50 team members, 90-day message retention, 10 GB storage. Daily AI caps: 2 compose, 10 smart replies, 20 translations, 1 summary. 200 broadcast recipients/campaign. No extensions. Extra seats: $25/month each.
3. Pro Plan — $100/month. 500K AI tokens, 50 team members, 365-day retention, 75 GB storage. Unlimited AI features, AI chatbot, voice translation, coaching, CRM sync, knowledge base, Pro extensions. Shared Inbox enabled. Translation rooms: up to 10 participants. Extra seats: $35/month each.
4. Power Plan — $200/month. 4M AI tokens, 50 team members, unlimited message retention, 500 GB storage. Everything in Pro plus Power extensions (file sync, phone + transcripts), translation rooms up to 50 participants. Extra seats: $50/month each.

Shul (Synagogue) Plans:

• Shul Small — $20/month. 250K tokens, 10 GB storage.
• Shul Standard — $40/month. 750K tokens, 50 GB storage.
• Shul Large — $100/month. 2M tokens, 100 GB storage.

Spun Chat Free Tier: Use Spun Chats without WhatsApp — free messaging, free AI token allowance, and token packs available for purchase.

Additional features: First-time buyers can apply coupon codes for discounts and bonus tokens. All plans support token top-up packs for additional AI usage. The plan comparison table in Settings → Billing shows a detailed feature-by-feature breakdown.

To upgrade: Settings → Billing → click Upgrade.

How to use

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. View your current plan, token usage, and storage.
3. Click "Upgrade" to see plan options and compare features in a detailed comparison table.
4. Apply a coupon code for first-time discounts.
5. Add extra team seats as needed.
6. Purchase token top-up packs if you run out of AI tokens.
7. Manage payment methods and invoices.
