Every paid plan includes every Spun feature. There are no feature gates, no per-seat fees and no per-message fees. Plans differ on three things only: monthly AI tokens, storage size, and how far back your message history is kept.

Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required.
The trial gives you full access to the AI features, with two limits that lift the moment you subscribe:
- Inbox sharing (Team Inbox) is disabled during the trial.
- Translation rooms are capped at 2 participants.
At the end of the trial, Spun shows you what you actually used - your measured token burn and voice minutes, projected to a month - and marks the plan whose monthly allowance covers that pace as Recommended for you. See Plans & Billing for how that recommendation is built.
Spun Chat - free forever
You can use Spun Chat without connecting WhatsApp at all, with no trial period and no expiry:
- Unlimited messaging with your team, plus voice messages
- A starter allowance of AI tokens every month
- Voice and video calls with screen sharing
- Live 1:1 translation rooms and voice-note transcription
- Tasks, alarms, contacts, labels, roles and permissions

AI tokens
AI tokens power auto-replies, translation, voice transcription, the chatbot, MCP tools and the intelligence dashboard. Your budget resets monthly.
As a rough guide - typical usage, not limits - 1,000 tokens is about:
- 2 AI auto-replies, or
- 1 minute of voice-note transcription, or
- 25 chat summaries.
Real usage depends on conversation length and which model each feature uses. If you run out, your inbox and messaging keep working normally - only the AI features pause until you top up or upgrade. Both take effect immediately, mid-cycle. Track your usage under Settings → Plan & Usage, which every role can open.
Extra WhatsApp numbers
You can add more WhatsApp numbers to one account. Each additional number gets its own inbox, contacts, tokens and storage. On Pro, additional numbers are full price; Max plans get a discount of up to 50%. See Multiple WhatsApp Numbers.
Frequently asked questions
Do all plans really include every feature?
Yes. Every paid plan includes every Spun feature. The only differences between plans are AI tokens, storage size and message history.
Are there per-seat or per-message fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and Spun never charges per message. You connect the WhatsApp number you already use - no Business API required.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Do I need a special WhatsApp number?
No. Spun works with your existing WhatsApp number - you scan a QR code to connect, exactly like WhatsApp Web. See Connect WhatsApp.
I am on the iOS app - how do I upgrade?
Subscriptions cannot be purchased inside the iOS app. Log in from any desktop browser to upgrade; your plan applies everywhere, including the app, immediately.
Do coupon codes work?
Yes. First-time buyers can apply a coupon at checkout for a discount and bonus tokens. Coupons are applied by org admins.
