Spun Chat

Spun Chats is the built-in messaging platform — separate from WhatsApp. No WhatsApp connection needed. Free tier users get Spun Chats with free messaging and a free AI token allowance. Features include direct messages between users, voice messages with auto-transcription, @mentions, shared chat links to reference customer conversations, cross-org connections, and per-viewer translation. Spun Chat access can be toggled per user via the Share Wizard. The sidebar tab was previously called "Team" or "Internal" — it is now called "Spun Chats".

📍 Sidebar → Spun Chats (MessagesSquare icon)

How to use

1. Open Spun Chats from the sidebar (MessagesSquare icon) or switch to the Spun Chats tab in the chat list.
2. Start a conversation with a colleague or cross-org connection.
3. Send text or voice messages.
4. Use @mentions to notify specific people.
5. Share chat links to reference WhatsApp customer conversations.
