AI monitors that watch selected WhatsApp groups and surface business-opportunity signals. Found in Groups & Channels → Intelligence tab, with three sub-tabs:
- Signals — detections from your monitors, each with confidence (high/medium/low) and a status lifecycle (new → reviewing → assigned → contacted → dismissed → expired). Actions: change status, assign, snooze, dismiss, give feedback, or generate an AI draft reply. Filter by monitor, confidence, and status; switch scope between "My org" and shared Spun Group pools.
- Monitors — create monitors with the 4-step wizard: pick groups (with a consent acknowledgment), define the objective (template recipe or custom text, plus optional keyword triggers), choose recipients and alert mode (Immediate / Daily digest / Weekly), then review and optionally run a test scan. Monitors support pause/resume, archive, "Scan history" backfill (3–30 days), confidence thresholds with auto-suggested tuning, shadow mode, cooldowns, and signal expiry.
- Sharing (SGI) — share your groups into a cross-org Spun Group "pool". Pool monitors scan all members' shared groups and signals appear in the shared feed, but the posting contact's identity stays hidden; members send an intro request that the sharer approves or declines (with optional 90-day auto-approve grants). You can create as many pool monitors as you like: there is no per-plan limit on the NUMBER of monitors. What each AI monitor spends when it evaluates messages is drawn from your organization's AI token allowance, so your token budget is the real ceiling, not a monitor count. Keyword-only monitors run no AI and spend nothing. A monitor that runs out of tokens pauses and can be resumed by topping up. (A separate per-pool cap limits how many monitors one shared pool can carry, as spam protection.)
