Phone Calls (VoIP)

Make and receive phone calls directly from Spun using VoIP. Includes click-to-call from any chat, call recording, diarized transcripts (speaker separation), and call detail history.

Where to find it

📍 Sidebar → Calls (Phone icon) / Chat header → Phone icon

How to use

1. Install the Phone Calls extension from the marketplace.
2. Configure your phone settings in Settings → Phone Calls.
3. Click the phone icon in any chat header to start a call.
4. View call history, recordings, and transcripts in the Calls panel.
