Autopilot (Auto-Campaigns)

AI-powered intent classification and auto-response system. Autopilot evaluates incoming messages against configured rules using AI confidence scoring, then automatically triggers actions (send reply, start campaign, etc.).

The Autopilot panel has multiple sections:

  • Rules — Create and manage autopilot rules. Each rule has: name, action type, linked campaign, AI confidence threshold, reply template, cooldown period (minutes), max triggers per day, max triggers total, expiration date, active-for-days, and variation mode.
  • Activity — View evaluation history showing AI decisions: interested, not interested, low confidence, or opt-out for each contact interaction.
  • Stats — Analytics dashboard with evaluation counts, daily breakdown charts, and conversion metrics.
  • Test — Test rules against sample messages to verify AI classification before going live.
  • Hub Activity — System-wide activity feed for all autopilot operations.
